All donations made to Valarchi Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations can be made via online transfer to our official HDFC Bank account, UPI, or in person at our offices. A donation receipt will be issued for all contributions above INR 100.

Donations may be eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, subject to prevailing regulations. Donation receipts are generated automatically and sent to the registered email address. The foundation is not liable for any delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the donor.

Volunteers participate in foundation activities at their own discretion. Valarchi Foundation reserves the right to accept, reject, or discontinue volunteer participation at any time without prior notice. Volunteers must adhere to the code of conduct and guidelines provided during orientation.

Participation in foundation programs (education support, health camps, skill training, etc.) is subject to availability and eligibility criteria. The foundation reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs due to unforeseen circumstances without liability.

Donations are utilized for education, healthcare, women empowerment, community development, and operational expenses as determined by the foundation's board. Detailed financial reports are published annually and are available upon request. Donors may not direct their donation toward any specific individual.

All content on www.valarchifoundation.org including text, images, logos, and program materials are the intellectual property of Valarchi Foundation. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Valarchi Foundation provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no warranties regarding the completeness of information on our website. The foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The foundation reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
